I’m so tired of seeing those stupid images on my dash going:
“Do you want collar bones, or sweets?”
or
“Do you want pizza or that flat stomach?”
“Hip bones or ice cream?”
Honestly, girls, guys, it is called moderation and understanding your macronutrients. I CAN have a beer and be fine. I CAN have a snickers bar and still wake up with my apparent collar bones. Just understand your body.
Don’t mistreat it. Don’t deny it’s cravings every once in awhile. Don’t be afraid to treat yourself for being so good. Don’t starve yourself.
Certainly don’t go overboard! But everything in moderation and learn about IIFYMs.
Just learn about your body and treat it right because you only have one.
