OMG food hangover.

went to a super bowl party last night.

three words; chili. cheese. dip.


had cookies for breakfast because my dad bought a 90 count cookie platter from Sam’s club. (thanks, dad. i love you too)

my body is screaming at me.

“YOU ATE SHIT! YOU MAKE ME FEEL LIKE SHIT WHEN YOU EAT SHIT! i’m glad you don’t eat this way anymore, BUT SHIT!” 

worked out this morning with a friend and her sister. but it wasn’t enough (they had to leave bc of work and things). my body still doesn’t feel good. and i can’t workout more bc my tummy hurts.

believe you me! i don’t feel guilty that i ate the way i did. i am actually happy i can feel the difference between how i ate yesterday and how i (now) normally eat.

how i ate yesterday was probably how i ate before i seriously started this weight loss journey/holistic treatment to my PCOS. its a good feeling that i AM making strides and changing brain cells/eating habits.

i just feel icky.

AND yet again bc of all of the processed foods i have eaten MOOD SWINGS. meh.

working out tomorrow longer than usual … i hope i can sweat this crappy feeling out.

NEED VEGETABLES. NEED CLEAN FOOD!
